Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns:

We accept product returns within 15 days of purchase.

The product must be in its original condition and must not be used.

You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning the product.

2. Refund:

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is eligible, we will refund you using your original payment method..

3. Shipping Fees for Returns:

Faulty Items from Luxenory: In the event that you receive a faulty or defective item from Luxenory, we will cover the shipping fees for returns. Please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving the item to arrange for a return or exchange.

Customer-Requested Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, you will be responsible for covering the shipping fees for returning the original item and for the shipping costs associated with the new item. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.

Shipping Damage: In cases where items are damaged during the shipping process, Luxenory will cover the shipping fees for returns. Please notify us immediately upon receipt of the damaged item and provide photographic evidence if possible. We will work with you to arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost.

4. Damaged or Defective Products:

If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance.

We will confirm the condition of the product and provide appropriate resolution, including sending a new product or refund.

5. Custom Order Products:

Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless they have a manufacturing defect or do not meet the customer's requirements.

6. In case of late return:

We only accept product returns within 15 days of purchase. Late return requests will not be considered unless there is a special agreement between Luxenory and the customer.

7. Products with Promotional Prices:

Products purchased during special promotions or discounts may not be returned or refunded, unless the product is defective or damaged.

If the product you receive is defective or damaged, we will take full responsibility and will not charge you shipping or handling fees.
